SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

HOMEWARE - Tracked Standard within New Zealand $10.00

LARGE HOMEWARE - Tracked within New Zealand (EXCLUDING FURNITURE) $20.00

* Our courier company for shipping small items within New Zealand is Aramax Couriers 

FURNITURE - Tracked Door to Door Furniture Shipping - Please select the shipping that applies to your address at the checkout

* Our courier company for shipping large items within New Zealand is Mainfreight Couriers 

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch due to a high volumes of orders. Once your item has been collected by our Courier, your tracking number will be sent out to the email address provided at the checkout

Courier packages cannot be sent to a P.O BOX - please use a physical address at the checkout 

   

CLICK & COLLECT (Mount Maunganui)

Pick up is available during the weekdays and can be selected at the checkout. We are located in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand

Once you have placed an order with us you will be sent a 'Ready for pick up' email. Please contact us once you have received this to arrange a time that suits you - hello@bohemehome.co.nz

If you have selected CLICK & COLLECT as the shipping option please make sure you are able to collect your order within five working days of the purchase

We are not open in the weekends for pick-ups

PRE ORDER

Pre-orders are items that are not in stock currently but are being made to order and will ship at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, this is treated like an actual order and you will be charged for the item/s and shipping when placing your order and your order will be mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. 
For orders that contain a combination of in stock item/s and pre-order item/s, these will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. Pre-order item/s will be shipped on the date advertised on description.

Please be aware there are global shipping delays that have and will continue to affect us and there could be delays with these coming shipments. We cannot guarantee your items will arrive within the time frame given and we will do our best to update customers of delays if this happens. Your pre order sale is final. 

RETURNS

Please hold on to your original online receipt as proof of purchase as we will need this to process any returns or refunds
